Dear Medical Technology Industry Colleague:

I am pleased to invite you to participate in AdvaMed 2013: The MedTech Conference.  There are many ways you can plan to be a part of this important annual event as a participant, speaker, presenter, exhibitor, sponsor or planning committee member.  As your AdvaMed 2013 conference chair, my goal is to make this our industry’s most valuable conference, one that is not to be missed.  Our industry continues to transform at a rapid pace and this year’s conference will deliver timely and relevant educational content, networking forums, business development opportunities, and more.  Please make plans to join us September 23 -25, 2013 in Washington, D.C.

AdvaMed 2013: The MedTech Conference is a global event and the largest gathering of MedTech professionals in North America, with the goals of sharing key insights on the regulatory, reimbursement, legal, compliance and business issues driving our industry, and giving participants the tools they need to succeed.

I am especially excited to chair this conference in its seventh year as it returns to our nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. Having just completed a federal election, there have been significant changes within the Administration, and numerous changes within Congress. With all the new faces on Capitol Hill, now is a great time to address the anticipated policies and procedures we can expect to shape the industry.

AdvaMed 2013: The MedTech Conference promises to bring together more than 2,200 of the brightest minds in the industry. As your chairman, I will work alongside my colleagues to raise awareness of life-saving innovations, provide education on the regulatory environment, foster dialogue on critical issues, and ultimately work together to advance the sector.
